Assurance at three altitudes
The same execution record answers a different question for a technician, a superintendent and a board. Capturing it once, at the point of work, is what makes all three possible.

Execution is what happens. Assurance is what the organisation can prove about it. The useful insight is that both come from the same record, provided it is captured once, by the person doing the work, at the moment they do it.
At the workface

One execution standard applied across every site, evidence that stands up to a regulator or an insurer, and a view of where operational risk actually sits rather than where it is assumed to sit.

The failure mode of most assurance programmes is that each altitude builds its own capture mechanism, and the three never agree. One record, read three ways, removes that argument entirely.
